Treatment peat in a handy 300 ml bag is enough for around a half of your body. You can use this product for any place in your body from head to toe.
HOW TO USE THE PEAT:
Warm the bag to the temperature of 40-50 decrees in water, until the peat is nice and warm, witch takes around 20-30 minutes. The product can also be used without warming to soften rheumatic pain, if cold works for you better.
Cut open a corner from the bag. If you are planning on using just a small amount, make sure to make the hole as small as possible. This keeps the peat fresh.
Spread the peat on the area that´s being treated and wrap it with clingfilm, so the peat remains fresh. If you are using the peat in a sauna, wrapping is not necessary. The sauna can only be 60 decrees celsius or lower.
You can intensify the effects of the peat with a massage. Surprise your friend with a sauna and give them a relaxing massage. What´s nicer than that?
