One bag is enough for about a half of your body. You can use the product for any body part from head to toes. This package size is enough for the entire back or even the legs. (This is the package size we use in our LehtoPeat spa)
HOW TO USE THE TREATMENT PEAT
Warm the bag in 40-50 degrees celcius water bath for around 20-30 minutes. The product can also be used cold to help with rheumatic pain if cool temperatures suit you better.
Spread the peat on the area you´ll treat and wrap it in plastic wrap, so that the peat remains damp. If You´re using the peat in a sauna the wrap will not be needed. The sauna can only be up to 60 degrees celcius. (Remember to protect your sauna with towels or covering paper)
If you wish, you can boost the effects of the peat with a suction cup massage and a normal massage.
